As the fastest growing segment of the hardwood flooring industry, Pre-finished hardwood flooring is in high demand by the home improvement market segment. This demand is fueling the hardwood flooring manufacturers' need to meet the required supply levels with superior factory-finished products, which have become Premier's prime business focus.

This demand was also the impetus behind the development of Premiere's flat-line wood surface finishing process, which produces a finished product, exceeding end-user requirements for durability and appearance.

Premiere's contract prefinished wood panels are also produced using Premiere's flat-line wood surface finishing process meeting rigid individual customer specifications.


About Premiere

Premiere Finishing and Coating, LLC is based in Reidsville, North Carolina and operates out of a 75,000 square foot manufacturing and warehousing facility that houses our state-of-the-art flatline wood prefinishing operation and tile coating process, both unmatched in the industry.

Premiere’s wood prefinishing flatline is set up to provide two different finish options, a high abrasion finish and a UV “oil-like” finish.
 
High Abrasion Finish

Aluminum oxide in the sealer coat and ceramic
particles in the scratch resistant topcoat enable our
customers to offer extended wear life guarantees of
up to 25 years or longer.

 
UV “Oil-Like” Finish

This low millage wood finish allows Premiere’s customers to sell a prefinished product that is easily refinished onsite.
 

Premiere’s warehouse facility allows for great flexibility in accommodating contract customers' needs that include the ability to receive containers and store finished product for shipment direct to Premiere’s customers or for drop-shipment to their customers.
